I was a bit upset because on my original move in day, no one returned my phone call(I had left 2 voicemails). I got back on line, to change my move in day because of this. When I went there the next business day, there was a sign on the door, stating “we will be back at noon.” I had to drive back home. I went back around 1pm and found the same sign. By this time, I was very upset as I tried to open the office door. I started to leave but a young woman came out, stating we are closed today because we are short staffed.” I politely told her that I had “had enough “, and, was going to find another place to rent from. She finally let me pay for my unit and gave me the access code.
